Our Team
Oliver Earnshaw
Managing Director
Prior to starting Rig Resources, Mr. Oliver Earnshaw has 29 years of experience in the construction industry as a Rig Builder/ Ironworker. His time was spent on New-build Derrick Assemblies, Derrick Modifications, Derrick and Drilling Structure Repairs, Derrick Beef-ups, Top Drive Extensions, Derrick Inspections and equipment change out for National Oilwell.
The Ironworker portion of this time was spent predominately with Dominion Bridge and Chicago Bridge & Iron doing heavy rigging as a Supervisor. He was involved in the refineries setting vessels, the associated equipment, piping and steel erection. This provided a solid background that is needed in Rig Building.
Dallas Moncada
Operations Manager
Prior to joining Rig Resources Pte Ltd in 2010, Mr. Dallas Moncada has 22 years in Rig Building, Ironworking and Rigging. He started Rig Building for National Oilwell back in 1994. He was a Field Supervisor that was involved in various Top Drive upgrades, CMC change-outs/rebuilds, derrick modifications & repairs, derrick inspections, derrick bolt change-outs, derrick beef-ups and upgrades. Prior to National Oilwell he worked as a Rigger/ Iron Worker Pusher for Chicago Bridge & Iron, Lifting International Inc. and Mammoet.
With Rig Resources he provides front end support to our field crews both in Singapore and abroad as well as handles the day to day activities of the field crews. With the technology and equipment that is being incorporated into these rigs today, there are constant rigging challenges to getting the equipment in and out of the derricks safely and professionally.
