Fully Refurbished National Oilwell 12P160 Single Acting 7” x 12” 1600HP Triplex Mud Pump

Refurbishment consisting of the following:

• Fully Reconditioned Mud Pump Assembly
• Crankshaft assembly complete with all new American Roller Bearings
• Pinion Shaft assembly complete with new SKF Bearings and new seals
• Pump frame blasted to bare metal, primed and painted with 2 part Jotun epoxy.
• Pump Internals painted with Oil Resistant 2 Part epoxy Jotun Tank guard
• MPI inspection of all critical areas of pump frame
• MPI of all load path components of Crankshaft and Pinion shaft assemblies
• Dimensional control of all shaft, journal and critical components
• Installation & Alignment of Crankshaft & Pinion Shaft in frame.
• Adjustment of Crosshead alignment and clearances
• All New Southwest Premium “L” Shape 6,000 psi Fluid End Modules
• A full Data Pack with all Dimensional Control & MPI reports will be furnished.

Pump assembly includes:

• Main Pump assembly complete with New Fluid End Modules
• External Electric Oil Lubrication System with Magnetic & Elementstrainer filters
• Liner wash system complete with electric driven centrifugal pump and tank
• Liner Davit jib and trolley
• Rear or Top Mounted Fully Reconditioned Shunt Wound GE-752 DC

Traction motors (2)

• 8-8V Belt Drives with Guards and Belt adjusting screws (2 sets)
• All New Southwest Fluid End modules
• New Suction manifold with three (3) 10” flanges
• Valves, seats, pistons & liners are not included.

Optional extras offered are:

• Refurbished 5K 20 Gallon Hydril Discharge Pulsation Dampener with new Bladder, Valve and Gauge. With MPI and pressure test certificates.
• New 5,000 psi Southwest Strainer Cross with strainer and support for Pulsation Dampener
• HP Accessory Manifold for installation of Relief Valve and Pressure Gauge
• HP Reset Relief Valve
• 0 – 6000 psi Pressure gauge
• Suction Stabilizer directly connected to Suction Manifold side flange

Warranty:

• All New parts fitted come with a 12 month warranty or such as offered by the part manufacturer.
• The refurbished GE-752 Traction Motors come with an 18 month warranty.

• Three (3) Remanufactured GE-752 Shunt Wound 1000HP DC Motors with Stainless Steel 10HP Blower Assemblies.
• 7838 Baylor Eddycurrent Brake
• Make Up & Break Out Catheads
• Air & Mechanical Transmission Controls
• Drillers Console Control panel with all new Control Valves, Gauges etc.

This Drawworks will be completed and available in approximately 6 weeks.

NEW Service Exchange Crankshaft & Pinion Assemblies.
Crankshaft Assembly comprising of all new components as follows:
• Non Cast Crankshaft with New American Roller Main Bearings
• Three (3) Connecting Rods with New American Roller Eccentric
& SKF Wrist Pin Bearings
• Bull Gear matched to Pinion.
• Two (2) Main Bearing Cages
• All Shims & Gaskets required for installation.
Pinion Shaft Assembly comprising of all new components as follows:
• Pinion Shaft with New SKF Bearings & New Oil Seals • LH & RH Bearing Cages

• Rig Resources offer a complete installation service if required. This would be chargeable at our standard service rates.
